Customise Anything is a Dubai-based custom merchandise and branded gifting company operating from Al Quoz Industrial Area. They serve both individual consumers and corporate clients across the UAE, offering personalised printing, embroidery, and stitching on everything from t-shirts and hoodies to drinkware, packaging, office stationery, and corporate gifts.

Their target audience spans individual buyers wanting unique designs, sports teams needing custom jerseys, and large enterprises sourcing branded merchandise for events, onboarding kits, and corporate gifting with trusted clients including Disney, Tesla, Careem, Mashreq Bank, and NEOM.

When Customise Anything approached 4Digitize, they had a strong offline product offering and a growing reputation in the UAE’s corporate and consumer markets but their digital presence simply wasn’t keeping pace. The architecture needed to serve three distinct purchase paths: browse-and-customise for individual buyers, bulk and corporate inquiry flows for business clients, and a curated gifting section organised by price range.

We chose a WooCommerce-powered build on WordPress, integrating a custom product design editor so customers could upload logos and visualise their merchandise in real time. Bilingual support (English and Arabic) was built in from day one not retrofitted ensuring the site could serve the full UAE market authentically.
